Training Future Medical Leaders Since 1824
Founded in 1824, Sidney Kimmel Medical College has awarded more than 31,000 medical degrees and has more living graduates than any other private medical school in the nation.
The medical college is focused on educating physicians who will form and lead the integrated healthcare delivery and research teams of tomorrow. These physicians will discover new knowledge that will define the future of clinical care through investigation from the laboratory to the bedside, and into the community; setting the standard for quality, compassionate and efficient patient care for our community and for the nation.
