The Jefferson College of Nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree programs offer an accredited prelicensure option that is a proven pathway to a successful nursing career. Jefferson graduates are recognized throughout the country as leaders in education, research, healthcare delivery, and community service.

The BSN Traditional Track Program is for students with a high school diploma and 55 prerequisite college credits.

In addition, for students who hold non-nursing bachelor’s degrees, Jefferson offers two accelerated pathways to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing:

Highlights of Recent Graduates

Jefferson BSN graduates are actively pursued by employers in the Philadelphia region and across the nation.
Starting salary range for BSN graduates is $50,000 to $65,000.

BSN Traditional Track

BSN Traditional Track is a pre-licensure program offering individuals with no prior bachelor's degree a 2-year (4 full-time semesters) curriculum.

Accelerated BSN Plus (ABSN+) – 1 Year Pathway

Accelerated BSN Plus (ABSN+) – 1 Year Pathway is a 12-month program for students who already hold a bachelor’s degree in a field other than nursing.

Accelerated BSN Plus (ABSN+) – 2 Year Pathway

Accelerated BSN Plus (ABSN+) – 2 Year Pathway allows students to complete a BSN in two academic years (4 full-time semesters). This program is for those who already hold a bachelor’s degree in a field other than nursing.
