DEADLINES: > Summer (1year accelerated): March 1st > Fall (2 year): June 1st Applications received after deadlines will be reviewed at the discretion of P4 Admission comittee and on a space available basis.

Admission Requirements
- An accredited U.S. or Canadian college/university baccalaureate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2 (including science coursework ≥3.2)
- Standardized test scores (SAT - 1000+, ACT - 21+)
- U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
- Demonstrated strong interest in the healthcare field with work and volunteer experiences
Please note, this program is intended for students who have a limited science background. If you have completed more than half of the prerequisite coursework for medical or pharmacy school, or if you have taken the MCAT/PCAT, you are not eligible for this program.
Required Application Materials
- Completed online application (apply here), including comprehensive resume and essay questions
- Two letters of recommendation, including an academic reference
- Official transcript(s) from all schools attended
- Official standardized test scores (SAT or ACT required – if an applicant has taken other standardized tests in addition to SAT or ACT they are required to submit those scores as well. (GRE, MCAT, PCAT, etc.)
- Non-refundable $50 application fee
Applications will be reviewed and strong candidates will be invited for an interview with the Director of P4. A final decision will be communicated to all applicants within six weeks following the interview.
