Graduation Checklist
Please keep in mind that all communication will be sent exclusively to your Jeff email account.
1. Beginning in late September, submit your Graduation Application and Regalia Order forms online through Banner web. Your application must be submitted by December 31, 2012.
2. Request handicap accessible seating by March 1, 2013.
3. Take care of account holds before The Cap and Gown and Ticket Distribution Fair
The 2013 Cap and Gown and Ticket Distribution Fair will take place as follows:
JMC, JGSBS, and JSPH
Location: JAH Center Cafeteria
Dates: Monday, April 29, 2013 and Tuesday, April 30, 2013
Time: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day
JSHP, JSN, and JSP
Location: JAH Center Cafeteria
Dates: Wednesday, May 1, 2013 and Thursday, May 2, 2013
Time: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day
4. If you are UNABLE TO ATTEND the Cap and Gown and Ticket Distribution Fair, please photocopy your Jefferson I.D. for the person who will be picking up your regalia and tickets in your place.
5. Check your Jeff e-mail account for information regarding extra tickets following the last day of the Cap and Gown and Ticket Distribution Fair.
6. Give your tickets to your guests BEFORE you arrive at your graduation ceremony.
7. Bring a photo I.D. to authorize the release of your diploma following the Graduation Ceremony.
