Committed to being an “Employer of Choice,” Jefferson offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits program. We offer one of the most comprehensive, responsive and effective benefit programs available today. The benefits program and optional benefits are designed to give you the freedom to choose the plan that meets the unique needs of your lifestyle.
Time-off options, tuition reimbursement, continuing education and an excellent nurse-to-patient ratio make Jefferson a great place to work — but the real attractions are the spirit of caring and the camaraderie you’ll find here.
