Locker Policy

The term of locker use begins when the locker is assigned to the student and ends on the 15th of June for the year that the student listed as his/her graduation date.  At the end of the term of use, the Office of Student Affairs will reclaim the locker, and any remaining items will be disposed of.  Should the student cease to be enrolled in JCHP at any point, the locker will immediately revert back to the Office of Student Affairs.

Students who are renting lockers must provide a $10.00 deposit to the Office of Student Affairs.  Students will be eligible to receive a $10.00 deposit refund if they remove all items from their lockers and check out of the locker by their end date (June 15th of the graduation year listed).  Students must come to the Office of Student Affairs, Edison 709, to receive the refund.

The Office of Student Affairs is not responsible for any items stored in lockers, but does reserve the right to enter the locker without notice.  Students are not permitted to change the locks used on their locker for any reason without prior written approval from the Office of Student Affairs.

Obtaining a Locker

Each year new students may obtain a locker rental at the mandatory Welcome Day program.  The Welcome Day program for the 2008-09 academic year is scheduled for September 2nd.  Current students that are not already assigned a locker may come to the Office of Student Affairs, Room 709 in the Edison Building, any time from September-May to obtain a locker rental.  Please note that locker rentals are subject to availability and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
