To sum up, TJU groups that participate in the Preferred Support program will obtain the following benefits and privileges:

A customized inventory and evaluation of the department’s systems and applications to assist with future planning, training, and IT investments.

Access to customized training on IT topics relevant to their needs and ongoing individualized training and orientation opportunities.

Exclusive access to resources including direct access to Jeff IT Service Desk phone line, consulting services, and a Jeff IT management representative to oversee the group’s “account”.

Ongoing access to monthly meetings, online technical periodicals, technical tips, and other distributed support program documentation.
