Jeff IT Preferred Support Program
How It Works

Jeff IT will develop a list of all the departments and groups it supports. It will then contact the head of each group to explain the program and attempt to obtain participation by defining one or more user liaisons. The roles of this individual(s) will be defined.

Using a variety of forms, Jeff IT will gather information to develop a profile of the department’s needs, applications, databases, and support requirements. All Major hardware, software, and systems are inventoried and evaluated.

Participants agree to attend a Jeff IT orientation session dealing with its user support services, standards, and procedures.

Jeff IT will offer consulting services to help optimize the department’s IT resources, plans, and provide direction on any upcoming IT initiatives. Based on staff needs, it will also develop training sessions relevant to the group’s needs.
