Design Lab: Voices from the Front Lines

Throughout the pandemic we have heard incredible stories of healthcare heroes risking themselves to save others. In this special presentation, we bring you three voices from the front lines who share personal stories of challenge and triumph in the face of the worst health disaster of our time.

Tune in for this illustrated multimedia experience and listen as Emergency Medicine Nurse LaShonda Robertson, RN, BSN, assistant dean for Health and Design and co-founder and director of the Health Design Lab Bon Ku, MD, MPP, and alumnus Michael Natter, MD ’17, come together in conversation and share their experience over the past year. Dr. Natter is widely known for his incredible illustrations detailing everything from the life of a physician to teaching medicine and he illustrates the conversation as it’s told.

The conversation is hosted by Robert Pugliese, PharmD, BCPS, director of Innovation Design and managing director of the Health Design Lab. Dr. Pugliese is the producer of the weekly podcast series hosted by Dr. Ku, “Design Lab with Bon Ku.”
