In this exclusive virtual workshop, Ginny Palmieri, MBA ’95, founder and CEO of VOCE Consulting, guided Jefferson, Textile, and Philadelphia University alumni in understanding how to identify their gifts and bring them forward in both their professional and personal lives. She demonstrated how realizing your authentic voice helps you become a better leader and more politically astute.

Furthermore, our alumni had the opportunity to discuss their individual experiences and share wisdom in small breakout sessions during the workshop. In doing so, they discovered how learning from one another aids them in realizing their career and professional goals.
