Workout Wednesdays: Core and More with Daria Petraglia, MS ’96
Fitness expert Daria Petraglia, MS ’96 Physical Therapy, leads a 30-minute class that will help you work on your strength and stability through a series of mat-based exercises. Throughout the routine, Daria focuses on the powerhouse of the body: your abs, glutes, and back.
Required Equipment: A yoga mat or carpet and tennis shoes.
Recommended Equipment: A weight to hold on to (i.e. a dumbbell, water bottle, etc.)
