Looking for European Partners?
If you do not have European partners, the European Commission has developed a number of instruments to help:
- Use the CORDIS Partner Search. This is a large database of self-registered profiles of researchers and innovators. It is searchable by area of expertise, call for proposals, and country. It also accepts US profiles.
- Researchers, who have led or participated in funded Framework Programme projects can be identified in the database of “Projects and Results” on the CORDIS website. The database is searchable by the theme, country of each participant, project title, and other. Search results include participants, project descriptions, funding, and publications for all projects since 1990.
- Events. The European Commission organizes “Info Days” and “Brokerage Events”. The “Info Days” provide information on the Work Programme and the next calls. “Brokerage Events” are designed to connect researchers and innovators interested in the next calls. Visit to our event calendar.
- National Contact Points (NCPs) are chosen by national authorities to provide information and assistance to researchers and innovators regarding the Framework Programme. The USA does not currently have an official contact point, but you can refer to the contact point of your European collaborators. Jefferson is also in close connection with the Italian contact point “APRE” and we can submit your requests to them. Refer to the database of the National Contact Points.
