STEM eligibility allows international students on an F-1 student status to apply for an additional two years of work authorization after an initial 12-month period of Post-completion Optional Practical Training (OPT) in the United States if they meet the required criteria.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Jefferson’s ACBSP-accredited MBA draws from principles of Design Thinking to emphasize discovery, empathy, and experimentation. You will be challenged to produce fresh, creative, and viable solutions to complex business problems. All students must complete the Innovation Core, Business Core, and specialize in one of ten specializations including Business of Cannabis, Biopharmaceutical Commercialization, Leadership, Fashion Business and and Finance. Innovation core is an integral part of the program and includes courses in: Business Model Innovation, Managing Innovative People and Teams, and Design Thinking in Business.

Total credit hours required for the MBA program range from 30-46 credits. You can pursue this program in person at the Center City and East Falls campuses, or online.
