Research & Clinical Interests
My primary research interest is in studying factors that impact eating and health related behaviors across the lifespan, with a particular interest in factors that influence eating behaviors and nutrition knowledge in active individuals. A trend through my research is an emphasis on disordered eating prevention. I am also passionate about teaching and enjoy exploring innovative teaching strategies.
