Lucy Paccione owns The Other Lucy Grille in Margate NJ and a non-profit H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Pursue Empowerment) for those with learning disabilities. Prior to owning her own business, Lucy worked 18 years as a specialty sales representative for pharmaceuticals. She taught as an adjunct for over 15 years at Gwynedd Mercy University and 7 years at Saint Joseph’s University with 4 years as a Visiting Line Professor. Lucy has owned Organizing Options and Solutions for seven years and taught organization skills to children and adults. Lucy has a You Tube cooking channel.
