Biography

Linda J. DeRenzis is the Director of the Radiologic Technology program at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Linda became registered as a Radiologic Technologist in 2000 and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health from Widener University. She completed her Master of Science in Education degree with a concentration in Healthcare Education at St. Joseph’s College in Maine.

Prior to her career in education, Linda worked as a registered technologist in Albert Einstein Medical Center’s radiology department. Linda joined the Albert Einstein Medical Center’s School of Radiologic Technology as a Clinical Instructor in 2002 and was named Program Director for the school in 2008. Linda has taught many didactic courses including Cross-Sectional Anatomy, Ethics and Modern Health Issues, Medical Terminology, Patient Care, Procedures, Anatomy & Physiology and Pathology.

Linda maintains professional affiliations with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), the Pennsylvania Society of Radiologic Technologists and the Philadelphia Society of Radiologic Technologist (PhilaSRT). Linda also works as an independent imaging consultant, assists as adjunct faculty at Jefferson University and served as an item writer for the ARRT.
