Professor Thomas F. Margotti has experience as an attorney for over twenty-five years and maintains his own practice concentrating in Business Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Philadelphia, Pa. He previously served as the Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia for over twelve years and had many assignments including Major Trials and Homicide Unit. At Jefferson, Professor Margotti teaches courses focused in forensic law while also working as an arbitrator, mediator and instructor for Continuing Legal Education.
