Lucas Philip graduated with his PharmD and MS in Health Informatics and Analytics from Drake University in May 2024. His diverse rotation experiences have shaped his commitment to Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) in the pharmaceutical industry. At Vanadro, Lucas learned about conducting population PK/PD analysis. During his FDA rotation, he leveraged Real-World Evidence (RWE) to generate insights for over various medications, underscoring the value of RWE in informing payer strategies and health outcomes. In his Master's program, Lucas designed a pharmacy workload management dashboard, optimizing efficiency and medication safety, demonstrating the impact of health informatics on quality improvement. Through the Teva Fellowship, Lucas aims to deepen his HEOR expertise, enhancing patient outcomes and driving value-based healthcare innovations.
