Throughout her career, Miss Coulombe has developed deep expertise in supporting a wide range of hospital types, from urban to rural to frontier settings. She is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in healthcare quality improvement, patient safety, and leadership. Additionally, she has successfully managed and completed several state and federal healthcare programs, including leading one of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Engagement Networks, the CMS Hospital Improvement Innovation Networks, the HRSA Iowa Flex Quality Improvement and Flex Population Health projects, and the CMS Hospital Quality Improvement Contracts.
