This virtual program introduces occupational therapy practitioners to using the Cognitive Disabilities Model (CDM) in practice. Practitioners working with populations with cognitive impairments such as dementia, brain injury and psychosocial dysfunction will deepen their ability to apply the CDM in assessment and intervention planning.

Requirement: Learners will need access to the ACL-5 Manual and test materials for learning activities during this lab.

Topics Include

  • Overview of the Cognitive Disabilities Model in practice
  • Administration and scoring of the ACLS-5
  • Clinical reasoning for intervention planning and problem solving

How to Register

  8. You will receive an email confirming your payment.

Registration refunds can be requested if notification is received three days before the start of the lab.
