Research & Clinical Interests
My research interests include developing computational and systems biology approaches to analyze and integrate large-scale high-dimensional omics data from single-cell and bulk sequencing experiments. My recent research focuses on identifying critical genes, regulatory networks, and pathways in cancer pathogenesis and therapy resistance.
