Employee Visa Office
As part of the Office of International Services, the primary responsibility of the Employee Visa Office is to support international employees in securing their legal authorization to work for Jefferson in the United States. The office will facilitate employment-based visa sponsorship and support international employees with maintaining their approved status. The visa types and statuses the Employee Visa Office supports are H-1B, TN, O-1, and Permanent Residency.
Please note that the Employee Visa Office supports sponsorship for Thomas Jefferson University (Center City and East Falls) and Jefferson Health (Center City), including Methodist and JUP. Any and all inquiries can be directed to Employee-Visa@jefferson.edu
