Dr. Leonard Levine joined the Office of Student Affairs and Career Counseling in July 2019. In his role as a Student Affairs Dean, Dr. Levine helps students navigate the complexities of medical training by providing academic counseling, career advising, and personal support services throughout their time in medical school. He works closely with students on the career planning process, from the early exploration of specialties in the preclinical years to the logistics of applying to residency programs and going through the Match. He has a particular interest in exploring the social and environmental contexts in which students engage with their learning and professional development, particularly through the use of reflective practice.
