Letter from the Department Chair

Graduate education at Jefferson presents some exciting opportunities for those in the construction industry who want to strengthen their qualifications and for those from other walks of life who are considering a change of careers.

Our curriculum is organized to permit a flexible pace. Many students participate part-time, while working full-time during their graduate education. Others choose a more aggressive schedule and complete their studies in just over a year. Either path will prepare you to meet the challenges faced by construction professionals in this age of globalization, sustainable practice, and collaborative approach to project success.

You will be taught by a faculty of experienced practitioners in an atmosphere of innovation, collaboration, and real-world application. Students work and learn in teams with students from construction management and related disciplines within our College, preparing them to participate in and lead effective interdisciplinary project teams.

To find out more about our program and careers in construction management, please contact me. I would be delighted to speak with you by phone, or show you our program and walk you around our beautiful campus.

Best wishes,
