The inclusion of a minor in a student’s program of study creates additional opportunities for professional growth and skillset development in a key area related to the student’s major. For organizational leadership majors, minor options in business administration, human resources, or information technology management offer students 12 credits of curriculum to develop key foundational knowledge specific to these areas. Students can leverage these minors to illustrate to an employer a depth of knowledge that goes beyond the major and further strengthen their resume.
