Chuchu Mei, MD, MPH

Health Economics and Outcomes Research Fellow

Chuchu joined JCPH  2021 as a post-doctoral fellow in the TJU/Ethicon Health Economics and Outcomes Research fellowship program. In her current role, she leads outcomes research projects and is responsible for management support for ongoing research. She is particularly interested in epidemiological methods, patient-reported outcomes, and cost-effectiveness of health interventions. She also serves on the Pharmacy & Therapeutic Committee and Procedural Diagnostic Value Analysis Committee for Jefferson Health.

Prior joining Jefferson, Chuchu gained exposure in healthcare through a hospital-based clinical rotation and her position in Medical Affairs at Innovent Biologics where she worked with payers, physicians, and researchers to assess scientific strategies to meet both commercial and scientific objectives for oncology products.

Chuchu is a physician by training. She holds a MD from Peking University in China and a MPH in epidemiology from Columbia University in the City of New York.
