JeffHOPE is a student organization of Sidney Kimmel Medical College and is almost entirely student-led. Each year directors are chosen from third-year medical students to serve as Project Director, Clinic Director, Finance Director, and Research Director.

The bulk of JeffHOPE's organizational work is performed by JeffHOPE steering committees chosen annually from first-year medical students. Our faculty advisor is Dr. Robert Motley, an attending physician in Jefferson's Department of Family and Community Medicine.
