How to Apply

To apply for a 2-year Electrophysiology Fellowship beginning July 2025, applications must be submitted via ERAS beginning July 2024.

The minimum requirements for application are:

  • MyERAS Application

  • Curriculum Vitae 

  • Medical School Transcript

  • 3 or 4 letters of recommendation, including a letter from the Cardiovascular Fellowship Program Director.

  • Personal Statement

  • Recent photograph 

  • USMLE Transcript

Invitations to interview will be sent in September-October 2024. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.  

All positions will be filled through the NRMP Match.
