Self Care Station

Student Health offers a Self Care Station in the waiting room, which is stocked with common over-the-counter medications and supplies. The Self Care Station is designed to aid students in managing basic symptoms and health education, not to dissuade students from being examined by one of our nurse practitioners.

Students who remain ill after two days of self-care, or those with worsening symptoms, are encouraged to call 215-951-2986 for an appointment to be evaluated, or to seek medical attention from a nearby healthcare professional.

Students may access Self Care materials and supplies on weekdays from 8 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Physical Exam

Student Health Medical Record Requirements
All full-time students are required to submit a completed Student Health Medical Record (PDF), which includes the student's medical history and a recent physical exam and documentation of all required immunizations and testing completed and signed by a health care professional. This Student Health Medical Record is also available at the Student Health Center.

New or re-enrolling students must submit this form prior to attending classes.
