Forums
Population Health Forums are programs held periodically during the academic year and sponsored by the Jefferson College of Population Health (JCPH). The Forums are designed to impart advanced information on population health, public health, quality and safety and chronic disease management. Featuring regional thought leaders, the Forums provide a venue to discuss and explore the broad health policy issues affecting health care today. The learning objectives of each Forum are to:
- Explain current information, initiatives and trends in population health, public health, quality and safety, and wellness and prevention.
- Discuss broad health policy issues affecting health care today.
- Apply best practices to a variety of health care settings.
Population Health Forums are appropriate for Jefferson students, faculty and staff; healthcare professionals, administrators and advocates; public policy analysts and community health leaders.
