The Department of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Medicine at Jefferson realizes the importance of maintaining a good work life balance during residency. Finding ways to have fun outside of the hospital is essential to resident well-being.  The Department, along with our newly formed Social Committee organize numerous activities and events throughout the year to promote work life balance.
