Participants Will Learn To:
- Lead through uncertainty and learn about the importance of self-care
- Flex personality preferences and leadership styles using emotional intelligence assessments
- Examine how leveraging connections, courage and accountability can influence and develop a team and impact organizational culture
- Discover the process and benefits of coaching and development planning to advance career opportunities
- Identify the importance of leading through a lens of diversity and inclusion
- Practice new skills with group discussions, simulations, and storytelling
- Effectively prepare, organize and deliver a clear, engaging, and confident presentation to a target audience
