This Negotiation Skills Workshop is designed to empower women leaders with the tools and strategies they need to navigate complex negotiations, build better relationships, and reach win-win outcomes.   • Fundamentals of Negotiation

Workshop Format

This interactive workshop combines theory, group exercises, and role-playing simulations to help you practice and internalize key concepts. Participants will engage in real-world negotiation scenarios, get personalized feedback, and have the opportunity to refine their skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Faculty

Erica Boothby, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she teaches Negotiations. Her expertise in negotiations draws heavily on her background in social psychology, including her research on decision-making and social influence. Her research focuses on the psychological processes that shape individuals’ often erroneous beliefs about their effects on others through daily interactions like conversations and shared experiences. Dr. Boothby has won several awards for her teaching, including Poets&Quants’ '50 Best Professors' of 2023.
