We realize that resident well-being is integral to successful learning and personal fulfillment. We have a variety of programs for resident wellness including:

• Resident Wellness/Support Lunches (monthly)

• Intern Support (monthly)

• Class Meetings (quarterly)

• Resident retreats (two intern retreats, one resident-wide retreat yearly)

• Book club (monthly)

• And lots of unstructured socializing, including running club, movie nights, happy hours, class trips (infinite)

PGY3 Wellness Liaisons (1-2 per academic year) lead resident-only wellness activities, as well as provide feedback on these programs to residency leadership.
