PeopleSoft Financials
PeopleSoft Financials includes Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Asset Management and houses data supporting financial transactions generally recorded in the form of revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities and fund balances. This information is reported in the form of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and budget variance reports.
Report Manager & Drilldown Tutorial
PeopleSoft General Ledger Report Manager & Drilldown
Report Manager allows users to see all reports you are authorized to view. You can then drill down on an individual cell within a report by clicking on it and using drilldown functionality.
To drilldown on Excel reports, the Microsoft add-in DrillToPIA.xla file needs to be installed on your computer. The add-in is provided by IS&T when you obtain General Ledger access. Once the add-in is installed, the nVisionDrill menu will appear on your Excel menu bar.
For security reasons, the features of the Flash component have been disabled.

PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service
PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service allows employees to review and update paycheck and payroll tax information.
Available options include:
Payroll
- View paycheck
- includes earnings, tax and deduction withholdings, leave balances
- typically available for viewing Tuesday prior to pay day Thursday
- View direct deposit advice
- includes earnings, tax and deduction withholdings, leave balances
- typically available for viewing Tuesday prior to pay day Thursday
- sign up for direct deposit
- to 'go green' and save resources, please consider turning off the printing of your advice
- View and update voluntary deductions
Taxes
- Review and update W-4 tax withholdings
- Request copy of W-2
Hyperion
Hyperion Planning and Reports is used by Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson University Physicians to prepare annual operating budgets. Upon obtaining access, you will be enrolled in the TJU Hyperion Project organization on Pulse which provides tutorials, simulations, training guides, report tips and frequently asked questions.
