Welcome to the Martin Residence Hall at 201 South 11th Street 

The Martin Residence Hall is located on the southeast corner of 11th and Walnut Streets, conveniently located in the heart of the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital complex. The Martin Residence is not only close to the hospital and academic spaces, but very close to great restaurants, shopping and night life!

The building offers community style living (community bathrooms, lounges, and kitchens) with a private room. There are also private rooms with a private bathroom. All Martin rooms are furnished for your convenience but still offer the chance for you to rearrange the furniture to customize your living space.
