All residential students must sign a Housing Agreement in order to receive a housing assignment. By agreeing to the terms of the Housing Agreement, residents agree to adhere to the University Student Handbook, Community Standards, and Residence Life Policies, as well as any local or state ordinances. Residence Life Policies are enforced concurrently with the Community Standards policies.
