Students are not able to change their room assignment until after the first two weeks of the semester when our Open Room Change Process opens. Residential Life will send information to students about our Open Room Change Process each semester. Residential Life reserves the right to approve or deny any room change request.

Residential Life strongly encourages roommates to resolve conflicts through communication before requesting room changes. If conflicts persist, Residential Life may intervene by facilitating discussions or relocating roommates as a last resort, if space is available. For more information, see Conflict Resolution.
